KITCHEN:  ALL OF THE CABINETS ARE ORIGINAL WITH A NEW QUARTZ COUNTER TOP INSTALLED IN 2006.  THERE IS A WALL OF PANTRIES WITH PULL-OUTS, OPEN CABINETS FOR MICROWAVE AND TELEVISION WITH CABLE CONNECTIONS, OVER-HEAD CABINETS WHICH GO UP TO THE 9 FT CEILINGS FOR EXTRA STORAGE AND THE STAINLESS STEEL MAYTAG REFRIGERATOR STAYS WITH THE HOME. THE REFRIGERATOR OFFERS FILTERED WATER AND ICE MAKER.

SUNROOM:  THE BRIGHTEST SPOT IN THE HOUSE IS DESIGNED WITH TRANSOM ARCHED WINDOWS FOR YEAR ROUND SKY.  TV AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTIONS MAKE THIS A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX OR WORK. 

OFFICE/CRAFT ROOM:  BUILT UNDER THE STAIRWAY IS A COZY LITTLE OFFICE WITH DESK BUILT-INS FOR BOTH COMPUTER WORK AND HOBBY ROOM.

THE FIRST UPSTAIRS BEDROOM IS THE MASTER SUITE AND INCLUDES A WALK-IN CLOSET THE WIDTH OF THE HOUSE, A NICE SETTING AREA IN FRONT OF A WALL OF WINDOWS OVERLOOKING THE BACKYARD AND A NICE DORMER WINDOW WITH SEAT.  THE ROOM IS LARGER THAN SOME APARTMENTS, A MUST SEE.  THE OTHER BEDROOM UNSTAIRS OFFERS A LARGE WALK-IN CLOSET AND DORMER WINDOW.
